Job Title:Loan Sales Executive
Department:Sales
Job Location: As per company requirements
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential customers for loan products.
- Promote and sell various loan products such as Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, Loan Against Property, and Balance Transfer products.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan options.
- Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers.
- Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan approvals and disbursements.
- Follow up with customers throughout the loan application process.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals set by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
