Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Manager to lead and manage a sales team for loan products. The candidate will be responsible for generating business, handling team performance, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Roles & Responsibilities:Lead and manage the sales team effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Generate leads for Home Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, LAP, etc.
- Recruit, train, and motivate team members.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance.
- Build and maintain relationships with banks and customers.
- Conduct field sales activities and client meetings.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely service.
