Job SummaryAndromeda Sales & Distribution Pvt. Ltd., India's leading loan distribution company, is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth, manage a sales team, and achieve revenue targets. The role involves sourcing loan business, building customer relationships, handling channel partners, and leading a team of sales executives.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of Sales Executives, Relationship Managers, and Telecallers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate business for Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, LAP, and other financial products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, builders, brokers, and referral partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Monitor team productivity and provide coaching and training.
- Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and present updates to management.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, credit, and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.
