Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of sales executives. The candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, monitoring team performance, generating leads, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and motivate a team of sales executives.
• Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.
• Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly business targets.
• Support team members in lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Train and mentor new employees on products and sales processes.
• Maintain MIS reports and sales trackers.
• Coordinate with banks and internal departments for smooth processing of customer applications.
• Resolve customer and team-related issues effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
