Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Monitor transportation schedules and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Liaise with transporters, warehouses, vendors, and customers.
  • Prepare shipping documents, invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans.
  • Track inventory movement and maintain logistics records.
  • Resolve delivery delays, transportation issues, and customer complaints.
  • Optimize freight costs and transportation efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Generate logistics and dispatch reports for management review.
