Job Description:
Collect diagnostic samples (e.g., blood, urine, swabs) from home collection patients,
collection centres & Clients allocated to the team.
Deliver samples to the processing laboratory within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
Ensure proper packaging and cold chain maintenance using temperature-controlled Bags.
Follow biosafety and infection control guidelines during handling and transportation of
specimens.
Use gloves, sanitizer, and approved medical courier bags.
Report any spillage, delay, or compromised samples immediately to the Team Leader.
Update pickup/delivery status via mobile app
Collect signatures or digital acknowledgments from recipients.
Display professional, courteous behaviour while dealing with patients or staff.
May require early morning, late evening, or weekend shifts.
May Also require working on Split Shifts as per the volumes for those specific location
One may have to ensure timely submission of Invoices to Credit Clients
