Machine Operator

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Machine Operator to join our paper cup manufacturing unit in Chromepet, Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for operating paper cup manufacturing machines, monitoring production processes, loading raw materials, ensuring smooth machine performance, and maintaining product quality standards. The role includes conducting basic machine maintenance, identifying and reporting machine issues, minimizing production wastage, and meeting daily production targets while following all safety and quality procedures. Candidates with experience in paper cup manufacturing, packaging, printing, or other manufacturing industries will be preferred; however, freshers with technical knowledge and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate should be responsible, punctual, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently in a production environment.
