Maintenance Executive

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for an energetic and passionate individual who is willing to travel and manage maintenance activities across our stores. The role involves handling repairs, maintenance, and upkeep of mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as overall store infrastructure and operational functions. This position offers an opportunity to learn extensively, work with autonomy, and contribute to building a strong foundation for one of India’s growing brands.

We are seeking someone who is proactive, entrepreneurial, analytical, and driven, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

·        Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and handle challenges independently

·        Willingness to travel frequently

·        Basic knowledge of electrical systems and hands-on experience with tools

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·        Good time management and organizational abilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Conduct periodic inspections of electrical systems, connections, and control panels across stores

·        Manage and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers

·        Handle vendor management for specialized repair and maintenance work

·        Implement preventive maintenance strategies to reduce breakdowns

·        Perform routine maintenance and basic repair work

·        Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently

·        Oversee installation of infrastructure for machines and equipment as required

·        Ensure timely repair or replacement of damaged equipment

SALARY

Will depend on experience. Upto 4LPA.

Education & Qualifications:

·        Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field

·        Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)

·        Basic certification in electrical safety or maintenance (added advantage)
