Management Accountant

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts, MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance analysis.

* Manage budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning to support strategic business decisions.

* Analyze and control fixed, variable, marginal, and standard costs, ensuring effective cost management and profitability improvement.

* Conduct product costing, profitability, contribution margin, break-even, and Cost-Volume-Profit (CVP) analysis to support pricing and operational decisions.

* Develop financial models, business cases, and KPI dashboards to provide actionable insights to management.

* Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance, optimize costs, and support business growth.

* Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial controls while ensuring compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal policies.

* Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, support audits, and drive continuous improvement through ERP systems, process automation, and best financial practices.

* Mentor finance team members and provide strategic financial support to senior leadership.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce; CA/CMA/CPA/ACCA/CIMA preferred.

* Minimum 10 years of experience in Management Accounting, FP&A, or Cost Accounting.

* Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and fixed, variable, and marginal costing.

* Experience in profitability analysis, variance analysis, and cost control.

* Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel; Power BI is an added advantage.

* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to support strategic business decisions.
