Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

1. Operation & Maintenance of  ZTE/CICSO PACO nodes on BM and cloud platforms and Switches/ Routers
2. Support on Timely integration & roll out of PS Core Network
3. Adherence to the NWS Processes
4. NW Modification & Capacity Augmentation
5. Ensuring Network Availability >99%
6. Ensuring the DATA core KPIs with in the agreed threshold
7. Customer Complaints Handling

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

• Should have Knowledge on PS domain
• Should be able to troubleshoot customer complaints
• Should be familiar with PS signaling flow
• Should poses knowledge to take traces and troubleshoot the data call  failures/System failure in short time frame
• Should have knowledge on IP domain

Must have technical / professional qualifications

 

1.  Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication with at least2-5 years of PACO experience
2. Preferably Job experience in the CISCO/ E// and ZTE PACO nodes / Routers on regular O&M and troubleshooting
