Job Description
Process Improvement & Optimization: Evaluating existing manufacturing methods to increase speed, efficiency, and safety while reducing costs and waste.
System Design & Implementation: Designing, developing, and installing new production equipment, machinery, and production line layouts.
Quality Control & Compliance: Developing quality control systems to ensure products meet standards and ensuring all processes adhere to safety and environmental regulations.
Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and repairing equipment failures or process bottlenecks, and responding to production breakdowns.
Collaboration & Project Management: Working closely with R&D, design teams, and operators to improve product manufacturability, and managing, training, and supporting technical staff.
Documentation & Standardization: Creating technical documentation, such as standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and maintenance schedules.
Lean Manufacturing Implementation: Applying lean techniques, such as Six Sigma, to maximize productivity and eliminate waste
