Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Marketing Executive to promote and sell our VM Fleets software solution to Omni Bus Operators, Staff Bus Operators, Corporate Transport Operators, Educational Institution Transport Operators, and Fleet Owners across Chennai and nearby regions.

The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, business development, or software sales and be comfortable meeting customers daily, understanding their operational challenges, and demonstrating how our software can improve their fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities

·        Identify and develop new business opportunities by generating qualified leads through field visits, networking, referrals, cold calling, exhibitions, and industry events across Chennai and nearby locations.

·        Meet and engage with Omni Bus Operators, Staff Bus Operators, Corporate Transport Providers, Schools, Colleges, and Fleet Owners to understand their requirements, conduct product demonstrations, and promote the company's software solutions.

·        Prepare quotations, proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales while consistently achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

·        Build and maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring regular follow-ups, maintaining CRM records, coordinating with implementation and technical teams for successful customer onboarding, and providing excellent customer support.

·        Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to identify business opportunities, monitor competitors, and contribute to continuous product and service improvements.
