Job Description
Role Overview:
Seeking dynamic Marketing & Sales professionals to promote our residential projects and drive property sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through digital media and on-field marketing
- Handle customer inquiries and property presentations
- Conduct site visits and client follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns
- Maintain client database & sales reports
Requirements:
- Any degree / MBA (Marketing preferred)
- Minimum 2+ years experience preferred
- Experience in real estate sales is an advantage
- Strong negotiation & communication skills
- Willingness to travel for site visits
Salary: At par with the market based on the expertise
