Multi Skilled Technician (MEP)

Keep properties running. Close issues fast. Protect the living experience.
Attend and close maintenance tickets within TAT.
Handle electrical, plumbing, and basic HVAC repairs.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Ensure uninterrupted power, water, and utility services.
Diagnose and resolve issues with permanent solutions.
Minimize vendor dependency by resolving issues in-house.
Track material usage and maintain spare inventory.
Coordinate with procurement for required materials.
Maintain maintenance records and checklists.
Interact professionally with residents and address complaints promptly.
Follow safety standards and maintain property upkeep.
Support smooth day-to-day property operations.
