Medical Representative (MR)

Cre-AID Labs is a MedTech startup transforming rehabilitation.

Our flagship product, MITHRIL Splints, is a modern alternative to traditional plaster casts used to support and immobilize broken bones. Designed for fracture care, post-operative recovery, and rehabilitation, MITHRIL Splints help healthcare professionals provide faster, cleaner, and more comfortable patient care.

As we expand across Government and Private Healthcare, we're looking for passionate sales professionals to join our team.

Responsbilities:

• Grow sales in Government and Private hospitals.
• Build relationships with doctors, therapists, and hospital procurement teams.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to order closure.
• Update CRM and support business growth.

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of Medical Device or Healthcare Sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in Orthopaedics, Rehabilitation, Trauma, or PM&R is preferred.
• Willingness to travel.
