Job Description
Activities on GeM Portal: - Maintain an end-to-end sheet capturing bid ID, submission date, branch, and responsible executive, Record outcomes (won/lost), reasons for loss, and corrective actions. Ensure seamless communication with Branch Heads for execution once bids are won
Data Management: Create accurate and timely Daily Performance Reports, proper track of reports of Market visits done by executives, lead generation by telecallers of respective branches.
Working capital Reduction: - Regularly chase pending dues with government departments. Map payments received against outstanding invoices to reduce working capital pressure.
Order execution: - Ensure timely receipt of Purchase Orders, Track upfront payments before booking orders, Align resources, logistics, and timelines for smooth delivery.
