Job Description

Coordinate with Zoho for further development and new implementation

 Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system.

 Monitor stock receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.

 Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reconciliation.

 Generate MIS reports on inventory, sales, purchases, and stock aging.

 Analyze stock movement and identify slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete

inventory.

 Develop and maintain MIS dashboards and reports using Excel.

 Ensure proper documentation of inventory transactions.

 Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance inventory control and reporting.
