Job Description
Mobile Service Repair Levels
🔹 L1 – Level 1 (Front Desk / Basic Repair)
Nature: Non-technical / Basic technical
Activities
· Job card creation & customer interaction
· Visual inspection & basic troubleshooting
· Software check, settings reset
· Cleaning (speaker, mic, charging port)
· SIM / memory / accessories check
· Basic functional tests
🔹 L2 – Level 2 (Basic Hardware Technician)
Nature: Entry-level technical repairs
Activities
Battery replacement
Charging port replacement
Speaker / Mic replacement
Display replacement (non-bonded)
Camera module replacement
Button / flex cable replacement
L3 – Level 3 (Advanced Hardware Technician)
Nature: Advanced board & complex hardware
Activities
· IC-level Diagnosis
· Display Replacement with IC encryption
· Parts Encryption
· Water-damage cleaning
· Software flashing / OS reinstallation
· Display / Back Glass Replacement
L4 – Level 4 (Expert / Refurb / OEM Level)
Nature: High-risk, high-value repairs
Activities
· CPU reballing
· Face ID / fingerprint calibration
· Baseband repair
· Data recovery (approved cases)
· Refurbishment & quality rework
· OEM-level testing
· IC-level troubleshooting
· Motherboard repair
· Network / power
· Water-damage treatment
· CPU, power IC, charging IC diagnosis
