About the RoleAmadora Gourmet Ice Cream is looking for an experienced and energetic Multi Store Manager to oversee the operations and performance of multiple retail stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer experience, maintaining operational standards, and leading store teams to achieve business goals.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations across multiple stores.
• Drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest experience.
• Monitor and maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and brand standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and team members.
• Handle manpower planning, scheduling, and staffing requirements.
• Track store performance metrics and implement improvement plans.
• Manage inventory, wastage, and stock replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and food safety standards.
• Coordinate with central teams for procurement, maintenance, and marketing activities.
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues effectively.
• Requirements3–7 years of experience in retail, QSR, hospitality, or food & beverage operations.
• Experience handling multiple outlets/stores is preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
• Willingness to travel between stores as required.
