Nail Artist

We're hiring a Nail Technician for a new premium nail studio opening in Kilpauk, Chennai. This is a full-time, on-floor role for someone with 1-3 years of hands-on salon experience who takes the craft seriously.

What you'll do:

• Deliver manicures, pedicures, gel polish, nail art, and extensions
• Handle nail prep, cuticle work, shaping, and finishing to a high standard
• Run client consultations — understand what they want and recommend the right service
• Follow studio hygiene and sterilization protocols on every client, every time
• Maintain your station, tools, and product inventory
• Keep client records updated after each appointment

What we're looking for:

• 1-3 years of nail technician experience in a salon or studio
• Strong skills in gel application, nail art, and extensions (acrylic/gel/polygel)
• Familiar with professional brands (Bluesky, OPI, or similar)
• Understands autoclave sterilization and single-use protocols as standard practice
• Clean, calm, client-first attitude — no rushing, no shortcuts
• Comfortable working a 6-day week with one weekly off

Good to have:

• Nail care consultation experience (assessing nail health, recommending treatments)
• Knowledge of nail reconstruction techniques
• Basic English + Tamil
