National Business Manager - Banker on Wheel
- Own and execute the national business strategy aligned with the Bank’s retail liabilities agenda.
- Deliver pan?India CASA and RD targets through disciplined planning and execution.
- Lead, coach and develop Regional Sales Managers to drive consistent regional performance.
- Build a high?performance sales culture with strong productivity, ethical selling, and accountability.
- MoM Pool of liabilities growth into NTB and AMB as well as expertise in understanding the business requirements and coordinating with stake holders.
- · Achievement of RTD and TPP income targets.
- · Attrition control and closing the hiring gap within the time line.
- · 100% of Branch coverage within a quarter.
- · Monthly Activity Calendar – Minimum 8 activities per branch in a month
- · Business Quality Adherence
- · To achieve P & L Targets & ensure revenue & cost optimization for the respective branches / region / ZONE
- · Plan, communicate, monitor & ensure implementation of field level marketing (BTL) through Sales team activities across all branches
- · Build team synergy within as well as with channel & support functions.
- · Identify & nurture performers & highlight them to management as well as within the team to provide faster growth, recognition & rewards – setting standards.
- Identify non-performance & their weaknesses – handhold them to improve performance
- Ensure 100% compliance with regulatory, KYC, audit, and internal governance standards.
- Standardize sales processes, review rhythms, and productivity frameworks across regions.
- Work closely with Product, Operations, HR, and Technology teams to improve execution efficiency.
- Drive robust MIS, business analytics, and structured review mechanisms at national and regional levels.
