Grade:  EB-6 Deputy Vice President/ EB-7 Vice President

Purpose of the role: 

        

  • To ensure high quality delivery of relevant Outreach banking & services to our clients in a fair and transparent manner. 

 

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Facilitating for Timely launch of Targeted branches
  • Facilitating for Low risk Audit and Compliance achievement.
  • Timely Submission of All  Regulatory and other reporting’s.
  • Ensuring Smooth branch operations through regular handholding , classroom training  and  E-learnings.
  • Successful Completion of Ongoing  Projects.
  • Ensure 100% compliance to Policies & Processes and all regulatory matters of RBI and other statutory bodies 

 

 

 

 

Desired Experience:

 

Number of years of experience (range): 8-10 years 

  • Type of companies/sector worked for: OEM / Dealer Sales / Banks/NBFCs, should have relevant experience in Outreach Banking. 
  • Responsibilities managed in the previous organizations: The applicant should have experience in Meeting up targets, handling CASA, RD, Handling Team. 
  • Languages: Working knowledge of English and fluency in regional language of the state applying for. Ability to speak in other regional languages would be an added advantage. 
  • Computer/technical skills (if any): Should be comfortable in using Excel (ability to analyze reports sent from Head Office) and email (ability to communicate clearly in written English). 

 

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Graduation: Any Graduate 
  • Post-graduation: MBA or any PG would be an added advantage 
  • Professional Qualifications: would be an added advantage
  • Certifications (please specify): would be an added advantage
