.Net Project Manager
Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution - Lead end-to-end delivery of .NET projects, from requirements analysis through deployment and support for 8–15 year complexity levels. - Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and detailed execution plans aligned with business goals. - Create and manage project schedules, resource plans, and effort estimates for .NET and ASP.NET Core initiatives. - Track progress, manage dependencies, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining quality standards. Technical Leadership in .NET - Collaborate with technical leads to design and review solutions built on .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and ASP.NET Core Web API. - Understand and evaluate architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. - Guide teams in leveraging ADO.NET and related data access patterns effectively within project constraints. - Participate in code/solution reviews at a high level to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Stakeholder & Team Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable technical plans. - Facilitate regular status meetings, demos, and reviews with clients and internal teams. - Manage expectations, handle escalations, and ensure clear, transparent communication across all levels. - Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. Risk, Quality & Process Management - Identify project risks and issues early, define mitigation plans, and track them to closure. - Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, documentation standards, and release management practices. - Drive implementation of quality gates, including testing strategies and acceptance criteria for .NET deliverables. - Continuously improve project management practices, tools, and templates based on retrospectives and lessons learned. Delivery Governance & Reporting - Prepare and present periodic project status reports, dashboards, and metrics to leadership and stakeholders. - Monitor budget, effort, and productivity, taking corrective actions when deviations occur. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and audit requirements in all project activities.Job role
