Nurse

• Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care & CoordinationAssist doctors during consultations, scans, procedures, and fertility treatments.
• Monitor and record patient vitals, medical history, and treatment progress.
• Guide patients regarding fertility procedures, medications, injections, and follow-up schedules.
• Provide emotional support and counselling assistance to fertility patients and couples.
• Coordinate with doctors, embryologists, counsellors, and pharmacy teams for smooth patient flow.
• IVF & Procedure AssistancePrepare patients for IUI, IVF, embryo transfer, egg retrieval, and other fertility-related procedures.
• Maintain OT sterility and infection control protocols.
• Assist during minor procedures and ensure proper documentation.
• Handle sample collection coordination and patient preparation.
• Medication & DocumentationAdminister medications and injections as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and treatment charts.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of medicines and consumables.
• Follow NABH/infection control protocols and internal SOPs.
• Patient ExperienceEnsure patient comfort, privacy, and satisfaction throughout treatment.
• Address patient concerns politely and escalate issues when required.
• Support patient education initiatives and awareness programs.
• Administrative SupportCoordinate appointments and follow-up calls.
• Maintain inventory records for nursing consumables.
• Assist in maintaining reports and operational documentation.
• Required QualificationsB.Sc Nursing / GNM Nursing qualification.
• Valid Nursing Council Registration.
• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience in IVF/Fertility/Gynaecology setup will be an added advantage.
• Required SkillsGood communication and patient handling skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patients.
• Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.
