This role acts as a central point of coordination between different departments, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.
2. Handle financial documentation, including invoicing, expense tracking, and budget support.
3. Coordinate with the finance team to assist in the preparation of reports and financial summaries.
4. Maintain office supplies, handle procurement, and ensure the office environment is well-organized.
5. Organize meetings, manage schedules, and handle communication between executives and staff.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
7. Act as a liaison between departments to streamline processes and communication.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
* Proven experience in office administration, ideally with exposure to financial processes.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with financial software.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
