Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to support our growing medical equipment business. The role involves managing the complete sales process including tele-calling, lead generation, follow-ups, commercial coordination, payment tracking, and key account management, along with office administration responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Coordination & Process Management

  • Manage end-to-end sales coordination for medical equipment (X-ray, DR systems, imaging solutions, etc.)
  • Prepare and track quotations, tenders, and proposals
  • Coordinate with OEMs, dealers, and internal teams for order execution
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline

Tele-Calling & Lead Generation

  • Conduct outbound calls to hospitals, diagnostic centers, and clinics
  • Generate leads for new equipment sales and DR outsourcing services
  • Identify potential customers through market research and databases

Lead Follow-up & Conversion

  • Follow up with doctors, hospital administrators, and purchase teams
  • Track inquiries, tenders, and proposals until closure
  • Support sales team in achieving conversion targets

Negotiation & Commercial Support

  • Assist in pricing discussions and commercial negotiations
  • Coordinate with principals/OEMs for best pricing and offers
  • Prepare techno-commercial documents and compliance sheets

Payment Follow-up

  • Monitor receivables and follow up with customers for timely payments
  • Coordinate with accounts team for invoicing and GST compliance
  • Ensure proper documentation for all transactions

Key Account Management

  • Maintain relationships with key hospitals and diagnostic centers
  • Act as a single point of contact for repeat customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities

Office Administration

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Maintain sales records, reports, and documentation
  • Support tender submissions and regulatory documentation
  • Coordinate internal meetings and reporting


Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills (English & Tamil preferred)
  • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills


Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Science graduate (B.Sc/M.Sc – Chemistry, Physics, Maths)
  • 1–2 years of experience in medical equipment sales coordination / inside sales
  • Experience in dealing with hospitals or healthcare industry is an advantage
  • Familiarity with tender processes is a plus
  • Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented
