Office Administrator
We're looking for an organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, including facilities, supplies.
- Provide administrative support to teams and management
- Coordinate with teams, meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Handle confidential documents and data with discretion
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with HR tasks, such as onboarding and payroll
- Improve office processes and procedures
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of office admin experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Job Location : Guindy.
