**Job Title: Operation Theatre (OT) Technician**

**Location:** Porur, Chennai

 **Job Summary:**

We are looking for a skilled and responsible **OT Technician** to assist in surgical procedures, maintain operation theatre equipment, and ensure a sterile and safe environment for patients and medical staff.

 **Key Responsibilities:**

* Prepare and maintain the operation theatre before and after surgeries

* Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nurses during surgical procedures

* Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized and ready

* Handle OT equipment like monitors, ventilators, and surgical tools

* Maintain proper inventory of OT supplies and report shortages

* Follow strict infection control and safety protocols

* Assist in patient positioning and shifting before and after surgery

* Dispose of biomedical waste as per hospital guidelines

**Requirements:**

* Diploma or Degree in Operation Theatre Technology (OTT)

* Minimum **1–3 years of experience** in a hospital or clinic setup

* Knowledge of sterilization techniques and OT protocols

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Good communication and teamwork skills

**Preferred Skills:**

* Experience in handling emergency cases

* Familiarity with different types of surgeries (general, cosmetic, etc.)

* Basic knowledge of anesthesia equipment

**Working Details:**

* **Shift:** Rotational shifts

* **Working Days:** 6 days a week

* **Salary:** Based on experience
