Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Operational Executive to manage the daily operations of our gaming center and support the smooth execution of private events. The ideal candidate should be organized, energetic, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day gaming center operations.
- Assist customers with bookings, gaming sessions, and event requirements.
- Coordinate and oversee private events and celebrations.
- Ensure gaming equipment and event spaces are clean, functional, and ready for use.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Prepare basic daily reports and support the management team.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Willing to work weekends and holidays as required.
