Job Description
Junior Operations Analyst (Female Candidates Only) : Freshers are welcome to apply!
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Female Junior Operations Analyst to join our team at our Chennai Office.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily project operations—managing inventory control, streamlining site logistics, and maintaining crucial project reports.

Job Details :
- Salary Bracket: ₹2,00,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum (Based on experience and skills)
- Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers with strong Excel and communication skills are highly encouraged to apply)
- Gender Preference: Female Only
- Location: Chennai Office (In-office role)
- Compulsory Languages: Fluent Spoken Tamil and English
- Preferred Language: Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities :
1. Inventory Control & Stock ManagementMonitor, track, and manage day-to-day inventory levels and stock movements across sites.
- Maintain daily stock logs to compile comprehensive weekly and monthly stock reports.
- Keep precise track of office stock details and machinery inventory updates.
2. Logistics & CoordinationCoordinate with on-site staff to seamlessly manage both incoming and outgoing material deliveries.
- Schedule and book transport services (e.g., Porter) and actively follow up with delivery personnel and clients to ensure timely arrival.
- Prepare and issue accurate Delivery Challans for all outgoing goods.
3. Reporting & Financial DocumentationManage, file, and systematically organize bills, invoices, and Purchase Orders (PO).
- Handle daily cash book entries and record routine cash expenses.
- Prepare comprehensive Material Cost Comparison sheets and present finalized sheets to the GM of Operations to assist in vendor price negotiations.
4. Site-Based Project TrackingMaintain daily site project reports focusing on five core metrics:
- Labor count & daily labor attendance tracking.
- Core material requirements.
- Hardware requirements.
- Transport logs used per site.
- Cash expense entries.
Operations Calendar (What Your Routine Looks Like)
- Daily: Track labor attendance on-site, log daily stock movements, book delivery vehicles, and maintain cash book entries.
- Weekly: Compile daily site data into weekly stock logs; prepare cost comparison sheets for the GM of Operations.
- Bi-Weekly: Coordinate product supply invoices and process purchase orders with the management team.
- Monthly: Conduct a complete audit of office stock and present the finalized Office Stock Details Sheet directly to the CEO at every month-end.
Skills & Qualifications Needed:
- Education: Graduate in Business Administration (BBA), Commerce (B.Com), or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (must be comfortable creating sheets, formulas, and data comparisons).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication to comfortably coordinate with site staff, transport drivers, and clients daily.
- Sharp attention to detail for managing invoices, bills, and purchase orders.
