Job Description

Your role:

In this role, you will play a key part in strategic initiatives that enhance customer experience and improve the efficiency of the Personal Health supply chain. Your work will help optimize operations, improve product availability, and ensure seamless delivery of solutions—positively impacting patients, healthcare providers, and communities worldwide.

You will collaborate closely with supply chain managers, demand planners, sales teams, logistics partners, and senior leadership. This role provides strong opportunities for growth through exposure to advanced supply chain tools, cross‑functional projects, and development in project management and strategic thinking. This role supports Singapore & Malaysia Markets .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end‑to‑end order processing including order entry, tracking, fulfilment, and invoicing.

  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide order status updates, and resolve order‑related issues.

  • Work closely with sales, logistics, finance, and planning teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of customer orders.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies, delays, and inventory shortages.

  • Coordinate with logistics partners to manage shipping timelines and transit-related issues.

  • Analyze order data, generate performance reports, and recommend process improvements.

  • Prioritize and manage multiple orders in a fast‑paced environment while ensuring accuracy.

You’re the Right Fit If You Have:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Order Processing & Fulfilment, customer communication, and cross‑functional collaboration.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics, including coordination with logistics partners.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under time pressure.

Skills & Competencies

  • Order Management (Fulfilment & Processing)

  • SAP

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Customer Service Orientation

  • Logistics fundamentals

  • Problem-solving techniques

  • Excel; Macros & Power BI (added advantage)

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management is an added advantage

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an office based role.
