Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the stability and reliability of the systems in use. The engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining system compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to address operational challenges and continuous monitoring of application health are also key aspects of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system uptime and reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application functionalities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning.
- Experience with configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications.
- Familiarity with using standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms for application customization.
- Ability to manage software release cycles and ensure smooth deployment processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve application-related issues effectively.
- Good understanding of system compatibility and performance optimization techniques.

- This position is based at our Chennai office.
