Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Process end-to-end monthly payroll using Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare and maintain payroll sheets, salary registers, and employee compensation records.
- Calculate salaries, overtime, incentives, reimbursements, and deductions accurately.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs for salary processing.
- Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Generate payroll reports, MIS reports, and reconciliation statements.
- Verify employee master data and update payroll records as required.
- Handle payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies.
- Support statutory calculations and payroll documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all payroll-related activities.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF Functions, etc.).
- Experience in payroll processing and salary calculations.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
