We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to contribute to and innovate on the PEL-K2 Platform, a vital component of our technology and product offering.

This role is central to advancing our commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions that empower the agricultural sector. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimise our platform technologies, ensuring superior performance, reliability, and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to the product lifecycle of the PEL-K2 Platform, from conceptualisation through to deployment and ongoing enhancements.
• Work collaboratively with engineering, design, and business teams to align platform features with market needs and regulatory requirements.
• Utilise data-driven approaches and feedback to refine platform capabilities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure robust documentation and maintain compliance with industry standards and internal quality benchmarks.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions to support innovation and scalability within the Farm Division’s product portfolio.
• Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior team members involved in platform development.
• Engage in regular communication with stakeholders to report progress, challenges, and successes.

Candidate Profile:

• A strong background in product development, preferably within the agricultural technology sector or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience with platform-based technologies and software/hardware integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects and timelines effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working in multidisciplinary teams.
• Self-motivated and able to operate independently without the requirement for travel.
• A commitment to sustainability and advancing technologies that support the farming community.
