Job Summary

A Personal Assistant is responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing tasks, and assisting with both professional and personal activities to improve efficiency and productivity.


Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings

  • Handle emails, phone calls, and other communications
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Scheduling & CoordinationArrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Coordinate meetings and events
  • Remind employer of important deadlines and commitments
  • Personal ErrandsRun errands such as shopping or booking services
  • Manage household tasks (if required)
  • Handle bill payments and basic financial tracking
  • Communication & LiaisonAct as the point of contact between employer and others
  • Screen calls and prioritize messages
  • Maintain professional relationships on behalf of the employer
  • ConfidentialityHandle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
