Personal Driver

The Employee shall be appointed as Personal Driver and shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

1. Safely drive the Employer, family members, guests, or any authorized person to designated locations while strictly adhering to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and driving etiquette.
2. Ensure the assigned vehicle is kept clean, presentable, and in excellent running condition by carrying out regular washing, routine maintenance, timely servicing, fuel management, tyre pressure checks, and periodic inspections.
3. Monitor and maintain all vehicle-related documents, including the Registration Certificate (RC), Insurance, Pollution Under Control (PUC) Certificate, FASTag, Fitness Certificate (if applicable), and service records, ensuring they remain valid and up to date.
4. Plan routes efficiently by considering traffic conditions, road closures, and travel schedules to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off for all assigned journeys.
5. Promptly report any accidents, traffic violations, mechanical issues, or damages to the Employer and coordinate necessary repairs and servicing with authorized service centers.
6. Assist with airport pick-ups and drop-offs, official meetings, family travel, shopping, banking, courier deliveries, document collection, and other personal or official errands as instructed.
7. Load, unload, and handle luggage, parcels, groceries, and other items carefully while ensuring their safety during transportation.
8. Maintain a daily log of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, toll expenses, parking charges, maintenance activities, and service schedules whenever required.
9. Ensure the vehicle is adequately fueled at all times, equipped with essential emergency tools, spare tyre, first-aid kit, and other mandatory safety equipment before commencing travel.
10. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Employer's personal, family, business, financial, and travel-related information and refrain from disclosing such information to any third party.
11. Be available for work during flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, public holidays, and outstation travel whenever required by the Employer.
12. Conduct himself in a professional, courteous, well-groomed, and respectful manner at all times while interacting with the Employer, family members, guests, clients, and the general public.
13. Immediately inform the Employer of any legal notices, traffic challans, insurance claims, or incidents involving the vehicle and cooperate fully in resolving such matters.
14. Perform any other driving, transportation, vehicle-related, or support duties reasonably assigned by the Employer from time to time in the interest of the Employer or the Employer's family.
