Pharmacist

Responsibilities and Duties:

•  Should Coordinates with Doctors and Patients

•  Maintaining eye contact with patients

•  Provide advice on the dosage of medicines and the most appropriate form of medication.

•  Should dispatch medicine to the patients as per the prescription.

•  Ensuring medicines are stored appropriately and securely

•  Maintenance of Pharmacy and Stock Register.

•  Handling of Prescription.

•  Medicine Dispensing.

•  To bill the Prescription and handover the medicine to the Patients/Guests after through crosschecking.

•  To advice the patient on dosages.

•  To monitor storage Temperature.

•  To raise the Indent to the Pharmacy Stores.

•  To replenish the Indent medicine in the respective racks timely & routinely.

•  To segregate medicine as lookalike and sound alike in Respective Colors.

•  To segregate high Risk and high Alert Medicine in Respective Colors.

·        Maintain Dress Etiquette and follow adherence (Boys: Tie and neat black Shoes Proper In-shirt well groom – Girls : Red top and blue pant Uniform )

·        Orientation to Pharmacy Practices with Medical terminology

·        Handling Team with Flexibility

·        Communicate with patients in a proper way
