Picker / Packer

Job Description:-

We are looking for dedicated and hardworking Picker & Packers to join our Blinkit Dark Store team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders, packing them securely, and supporting smooth day-to-day warehouse operations. No prior experience is required as complete training will be provided after joining.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Pick products accurately based on customer orders.
• Pack items safely and efficiently for dispatch.
• Assist with putaway of incoming inventory.
• Perform item audits and stock verification.
• Support loading and unloading of goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store.
• Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with the store team to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Eligibility:-

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Basic communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Physically fit to handle warehouse activities.

Salary & Benefits:-

• Monthly Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000(depending on location)
• Joining Bonus: Up to ₹5,000
