A Picker Packer is responsible for selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment in warehouses

Responsibilities:
Pack products safely and correctly
Label packages and prepare them for dispatch
Handle scanners or inventory systems if required
Load/unload goods when needed
Skills Required :
Basic communication and reading skills
Attention to detail
Physical stamina (standing/lifting for long hours)
Teamwork and time management
Ability to work under pressure
Qualification:
Usually 10th/12th pass
Experience is optional in many companies
