We are currently seeking a Piping Stress Engineers, to join our Chennai Team, and this position will be directly reporting to Lead / HOD

About the mission we offer you:

 

Piping Stress Engineer who can work independently on Stress analysis of piping systems of refinery/ petrochemical/ fertilizer or LNG units. 

 

Qualifications / Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mechanical or related field.
• Minimum of 5 to 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.

 

Starting Date: Immediately / Mar / Apr / May 2026

 

About you:

• Proficiency in Caesar II is a mandatory requirement
• Should have good exposure in ASME codes / standards
• Experience in Static analysis of critical piping systems connected to Static and Rotating equipment. 
• Experience in all types of Supporting arrangements and concepts
• Experience in stress analysis of piping systems subjected to slug/surge.
• Preparation of Critical Line List 
• Experience in Offshore or modular project
• Experience in dynamic analysis using Caesar II like Modal analysis/time history/Response spectrum and Harmonic analysis
• Experience in cryogenic piping analysis and cold supports.
• Experience in Static analysis of critical piping systems connected to Static and Rotating equipment. 
• Experience in all types of Supporting arrangements and concepts
