Targetsetting
• Time–Define & Monitor Milestones by aligning all delivery heads –Resource Mapping with Ramp up / Ramp down based on work content
Execution
• Coordinate and Finalize inputs with Finance for ensuring Business Case 
readiness in terms of model-mix variants, Project & target Cost, non
financial assumptions and risks
• Monitor & Control Business Case during product development 
• Monitor overall project timelines (incl. component/system level) and 
escalate in case of potential foreseen risks
• Integrate delivery of all functions by–Ensuring Milestone adherence–Completion of deliverables for straight pass Gateway Clearance–Risk identification and escalation to CPH. Propose mitigation plan in 
consultation with necessary stakeholders–Project communication plans –Daily, Weekly, Monthly etc. 
• Monitor and control project scope (TCP, Quality parameters)
• Monitor platform health (Time, Cost, Performance perspective). Status and 
risk visibility to Leadership team using dashboards / MIS
• Enable Platform team with scenario planning on Change Requests that arise 
through scope, engineering, Concern Resolution etc
• Preempt and mitigate any potential risks that might arise, to ensure Closure 
of the stage-gates with desiredquality (less/no deviations)
• Coordinate platform level reviews (CPH, PEH, PPH, PMH & PD Head, PC)
• For M4/M2, coordinate with functions and drive feasibility (time and 
business case) of new PRF’s(as per Project Admittance process)
• Ensures trade-offs are in line with platform TCP targets
• Manage PMS data for all stake holders.
