Job Description:

We are hiring a Telecaller for our premium real estate brokerage in Chennai. You will handle inbound and outbound calls to property inquiries, qualify leads, and schedule site visits for our sales team.


Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to leads generated through our marketing campaigns
  • Answer inbound calls and address property-related queries
  • Qualify leads based on budget, location, and requirement
  • Schedule site visits and follow up with prospects
  • Maintain call records and update CRM/Excel sheet daily


Requirements:

  • Fluent in Tamil and English (Hindi is a plus)
  • Minimum 6 months of calling/telesales experience (any industry)
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM)
  • Good communication and convincing skills


Salary: ₹22,000 -30,000 plus incentives
