Job Description

  • Install, configure, and maintain printers (laser, inkjet, network printers, MFPs)
  • Diagnose and resolve printer hardware and software issues
  • Handle printer connectivity (USB, LAN, Wi-Fi, network sharing)
  • Perform preventive maintenance and servicing
  • Replace cartridges, toners, drums, and spare parts
  • Troubleshoot print quality issues (streaks, fading, paper jams)
  • Support printer driver installation and configuration
  • Manage printer queues and spooler issues
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs and warranty support
  • Maintain service logs and documentation


Required Skills


  • Knowledge of printer hardware and components
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP configuration, LAN)
  • Familiarity with Windows OS and driver installation
  • Troubleshooting skills for hardware & connectivity issues
  • Ability to handle multiple service requests
