PURPOSE OF ROLE

Landside Operations Execution involves managing and operating land transport modes such as trucks and rail for cargo and containers.
Professional Stream includes individual contributors who apply technical expertise to achieve results, often mentoring or guiding junior staff and overseeing processes or programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assigning loads to drivers in Trinium, ensuring accurate allocation based on availability and capacity.

  • Generating the Dispatch Report, consolidating drayage planning for the next business day using data from Trinium, along with client reports, port appointments, and driver assignments.

  • Scheduling pickup and drop-off appointments for containers at the port through the terminal’s website.

  • Conducting thorough investigations of loads completed by drivers at the end of the current day and those scheduled for the following day. .

  • Tracking and monitoring export loads and those already picked up to ensure timely movement

  • Maintaining clear communication with client teams regarding drayage issues or when requesting information for appointment scheduling.

  • Evaluating driver availability and assigning loads based on their capacity and capability.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience

  • Prior experience with documentation review, data entry, reporting, Landside execution will be an advantage 

  • Good in Excel and Communication to be good
