Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmapping: Define the long-term vision, roadmap, and KPIs for products, aligning them with business goals for growth, profitability, and customer experience.
End-to-End Product Lifecycle: Manage the full product development process from conceptualization and business casing to launching new products or enhancing existing ones.
Digital Innovation & User Experience: Conceptualize and deliver digital product improvements (mobile app/web), leveraging user analytics, A/B testing, and AI to enhance engagement.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all products adhere to internal policies, regulatory requirements (KYC, AML), and risk frameworks.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business units, engineering teams, compliance, marketing, and third-party vendors.
Performance Monitoring: Track product KPIs (adoption, revenue, churn) and prepare MIS reporting to identify improvement areas
