Job Description
The Production Operator is responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring smooth production processes while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machines and equipment
- Assemble products as per specifications
- Ensure production targets are met on time
- Perform quality checks on finished goods
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area
- Report any machine issues or defects to the supervisor
- Follow company policies and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: ITI / Diploma / 10th or 12th pass
- Basic knowledge of machinery and production processes
- Ability to work in shifts
- Attention to detail and quality.
