    ROLE SUMMARY (PURPOSE)


    A Asst Program Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and managing the complete Business Loan product. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, coordinating with various teams and ensuring the product meets business goals.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    • Drive Business from Internal Stakeholders
    • Convert business requirements into outputs
    • Prioritize features based on business impact and user value.
    • Interact with Internal Teams for increasing efficiency (Credit / BPO/ Product)
    • Improve conversions from Non-Performing stakeholders.
    • Increase Profitability by strategic planning and enhancing operations efficiency
    • Streamline MIS reports with real time data
    • Co-ordinate with Product for increasing profitability
    • Provide various Data cuts with various Analysis to improve business.

    • This is a Pan India Individual Contribution role, which requires continuous communication, mostly with senior leaders, Gold Loan Branches, BPO, Credit, Collections and Product Team

    EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Information technology.
    • Nature of Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in similar kind of roles with any Banks / NBFC or Fintech organizations with Sales, operations and Program Manager background.
