PROGRAM MANAGER - LEAD MANAGEMENT
1. Will be responsible for handling the Lead Management Channel
2. Will include hiring of dedicated ROs for each PC and will work with SBMs and HR to ensure hiring is completed within the stipulated timelines
3. Driving the requisite productivity from the hired FOs basis vintage will be the key deliverable for business
4. Will be working on leads originated from external aggregators and strategic alliance partners
5. Base to conversion and FO productivity will be the key deliverables in line to scaling up the channel
6. Build , nurture and being consistent on productivity will be the KPI for the role
