Project/ Service Engineer/ Manager

Responsible for overseeing the installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and service operations of fire alarm systems/Edwards system. The role includes managing project execution, maintenance contracts, client relationships, technical teams, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Project ManagementPlan, coordinate, and execute fire alarm system projects from initiation to completion.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and technical requirements.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Maintenance & Service ManagementManage preventive and corrective maintenance activities for fire alarm systems.
• Ensure all Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are executed as per agreed schedules.
• Monitor service requests and ensure prompt resolution of breakdowns.
• Maintain service records, inspection reports, and maintenance documentation.
• Team ManagementSupervise engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Technical Responsibilities Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of fire alarm systems.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure compliance with local fire safety regulations, NFPA standards, and client requirements.
• Client & Vendor Coordination Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
