Purchase Assistance

  • Vendor coordination Confirm orders, negotiate, ensure delivery.
  • Inventory monitoring Track stock, avoid shortages.
  • Record keeping Maintain orders, invoices, contracts.
  • Market research Evaluate vendors, analyze pricing.
  • Supplier tracking Monitor performance, resolve issues.
  • Problem resolution Handle quality, delays, disputes.
  • Supplier Visits Conduct visits to supplier premises for follow-up, verify order progress, and strengthen vendor relationships.
